EEA turhan optimistinen 20-20-20 tavoitteiden toteutumisesta

According to the European Environment Agency - EEA new report Trends and projections in Europe 2013, the EU is on the track to achieve the 20 percent target set for 2020. Yet, not a single country is on track to meet all three targets at the same time but none is lagging behind on all three targets at once either. The European Commission is expected to include a 40 percent cut in emissions by 2030. Six countries - Austria, Belgium, Finland, Ireland, Luxembourg and Spain - are expected to miss the emissions target[emp]
